  • 5 years continuous residence — Must have lived in Poland for 5 years from your arrival date (Aug 11, 2021 → Aug 11, 2026)
  • Stable and regular income — Employment or other reliable income source
  • Legal housing — Lease or ownership documentation
  • Polish language proficiency — B1 level required, OR diploma from post-secondary studies in Poland (if completed)
  • Absence limits (Official):
    • Up to 6 months at a time
    • Up to 10 months in aggregate within 5 years
    • Brief vacations/holidays do NOT break continuity
